Overview3,893 acquisitions · 1,622 footprints

Every satellite and aerial acquisition the mission catalogued: where each image falls against the mission places, and when it was taken against the earthquake and the field mission (15 Sep–26 Sep). Below it, when each agency delivered products. Outlines show what an image covers, not what it shows. The damage-product layer draws the extent each released product covers (a Copernicus EMS area of interest, or the bounding box of the places it names), never the damage itself; the popup links to the producer.

The map needs the Leaflet library, which did not load here. The timeline and the table below carry the same acquisitions.

Data acquisitions

One tick per pass (a satellite's frames or tiles less than 15 minutes apart), coloured as on the map; the pale bars behind are the day's count. Drag across the timeline to narrow the map to those days, click a day to show only it, click a tick to pin its details. Archive older than five weeks before the event is counted in the “earlier” column, not drawn. Arcs join co-event radar pairs. NISAR interferograms produced: 18 Jul–11 Aug, track 148, ascending (GUNW, RIFG); 20 Jul–13 Aug, track 11, descending (GUNW, RIFG); 23 Jul–16 Aug, track 47, ascending (GUNW); 25 Jul–18 Aug, track 83, descending (GUNW). Sentinel-1 SLC pairs the data allows (the last pass before and the first after, same track): 8–14 Aug, track 142, descending; 7–13 Aug, track 48, ascending; 9–21 Aug, track 69, descending.

Product deliveries by agency 72 items

One marker per agency and day, larger when several items came that day; filled when the day includes a damage product, open for seismology and impact reports. Hover for the titles, click or press Enter for the links. First delivery: Servicio Geológico Colombiano, USGS, International Charter Space and Major Disasters and Copernicus EMS on the event day; Asocapitales, Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team and UNITAR-UNOSAT on day 1; Microsoft AI for Good and Vantor Open Data on day 2; NZSEE / NZERP on day 3; IOM Colombia (DTM) on day 7; UNGRD on day 10; EERI on day 15; UNDP on day 21; UH remote-sensing team on day 26.
